The Stand Up for the Lake stand up paddle festival has become one of the premier summer events on Burlington Vermont’s beautiful Lake Champlain. The highlight of the event was the six mile Elite Race sanctioned by the WPA (World Paddling Association).
For the concept, I wanted to combine classic surf design with the twist of making it uniquely “Vermont”. This was one of the most rewarding projects of the year and for the newly formed JH/DSGN. When the stars align and I am able to combine design with a subject that I am truly passionate about, I am at my very best.
